Please suggest a driver such that i can connect my bluetooth earphones to my laptop. I tried sp56715, sp71996(win 10), sp66402 drivers but none of them have worked.
I tried to connect my Tagg Sports+ bluetooth earphones but the device manager shows " bluetooth peripheral deveice" in the list without drivers. I tried installing the windows 10 drivers available for said device on windows 7 and it completes the installation, but the HP connection manager still shows as the bluetooth is disabled by device manager. I have refreed to the forums, and few solutions listed on it. I have tried installing drivers but still not getting the bluettoth adapter to work. The system shows that the bluetooth device is a Broadcomm 20702 Bluetooth 4.0 adapter. It got bad enough the Bluetooth was disconnecting every 2 or 3 minutes Deleting the drivers and then using windows update fixed that. Most of the drivers have been installed and everything is working except for bluetooth. Device is named 'Broadcom BCM20702 Bluetooth 4.0 USB device'. in that process i lost all the files i had on my pc hard drive and had to reinstall all the drivers again.
